As the founder of The Peace Foundation, and over thirty five years of rich experience in
service and business encompassing running an Advertising agency.
Understanding international and domestic business in all major verticals and having the
requisite skills, experience, and confidence to manage a large enterprise/profit center.
She is the founder of 'National Institute of Advertising' (1995) and active member of a
team developing various apps and startups.
Following a younger days dream she was instrumental in launching India's first private
sector institution in Advertising. The institute has trained more than 2000 students that
are now working at various levels in the advertising industry across the globe. Some of
them are now at leadership positions.
As head of India operations and shareholder/director in the Indian JV, Namrata Suri
was responsible for the company's launch in India as well as the setup of marketing
activities. She own 18.75% stake in the holding firm that owns the 49% JV. She is one of
the two Indian directors.
She has been responsible for the initial presentations and the JV negotiations with
China CAMC. We have already obtained several critical contracts that are well past the
MOU stage and going on to planning and proposal stage. We have developed the
business initially in The Thermal, Hydro and Solar power industry as well as Water
Treatment and Cement Plants. Project Sizes: USD 50 Million to USD 1 Billion.
During her decade handling devices, she have worn many hats and throughout worked
at Board level (employee). The last big order at Olive was of USD 300 Million.
